Please read careully before ordering! Here’s how we handle those moments when something goes a little off-route:

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you expected, just reach out within 30 days of delivery with a quick photo and your order details.
We’ve got you — we’ll replace it free of charge or offer a refund. No stress, no hassle!

Lost Packages

If your package goes missing in transit (it happens, even to the best of us), let us know.
Once we verify the issue, we’ll send a replacement or refund. 

Made-to-Order: Change-of-Mind, Wrong Size, etc. 

All our products are made-to-order, because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for things like size, color, or change of heart. Before ordering, please take a moment to check the size guide, colour, etc.

Incorrect Address

If a package comes back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, we’re happy to resend it - bare in mind, reshipping costs may apply.

 EU Customer Rights

If you’re in the EU, you’re still fully covered when it comes to faulty or misdescribed goods. However, the standard 14-day withdrawal period doesn’t apply to made-to-order or customized pieces (like ours!).
